The Paideia Leadership Academy

Our Mission

To prepare the next generation of leaders to navigate the crises and complexities of a rapidly changing world through innovative, early-stage leadership development.

We empower young adults (ages 14–18) to become confident, compassionate, and independent thinkers, transforming their aspirations into actionable plans.

By combining expert guidance, proprietary learning tools, and strategic partnerships, we create a safe, supportive environment where students accelerate their growth and unlock their full potential.



Our Vision

Challenge traditional perceptions of leadership by creating opportunities for young people aged 14–18 to step into roles historically reserved for older adults. Inspired by the pioneering work of Schwarzman Scholars Program, we extend access to early-stage leadership development.

Provide essential knowledge, skills, strategy and process, to equip students to convert aspirations to actionable plans and lead in a world shaped by overlapping global crises. While national curricula rarely address leadership, our programs teach young people how to understand complex challenges and act decisively.

Foster self-belief and agency by moving beyond the narrow focus on academic excellence. Our approach helps students recognize their capacity to make a difference today, overcoming the pressures of academic competition and the limitations of traditional pathways to ensure their leadership potential is realised.

Our Approach

Founded by graduates from the University of Oxford and Schwarzman Scholars this academy offers a launchpad into global leadership. Our programs are rooted in real-world challenges that shape our planet and are inspired by the UN’s mission for a more equitable, sustainable future. Our aim is for you to leverage your own unique story, perspectives, and skills to chart a personal roadmap for impactful leadership shaping a better world for tomorrow.

Paideia Leadership Academy is for youth who want to lead the future and to start today.

This course is designed for high school students (ages 14–17) who are ready to ask deeper questions:

  • How can my passion for technology, storytelling, or economics shape the world?

  • What kind of change do I want to be part of and how can I start now?

  • How can I be strategic about the next steps of my future: from extracurriculars, to university applications and even my first steps in entrepreneurship?

  • How can I leverage my leadership narrative and plan for impact for top global program applications, attracting investors to my project and networking with future change makers?

Our Flagship Program: Impactful Leadership Course

Deep-dive topic areas:

  • The Global Context: Understanding the global polycrises, the unequal distribution of its effects and emerging solutions.

  • Structural Change: Analysing historical events that have brought more stable infrastructure to the global architecture.

  • Sustainable Development: Identifying what it means to drive sustainable solutions and policy tools.

  • Implementation in Reality: Mapping the challenges of structural change and systemic disruption.

  • Dynamics of the technology revolution: Discussing how decentralized solutions put the power in your hands

Full Program Structure

Duration: 8 weeks | 40+ contact hours (approximately 46 hours total)

  • Delivery: Fully virtual via Zoom

  • Platform: Supported by a bespoke interactive LMS

  • Assessment: Assignments, quizzes, and projects receive personalized feedback

  • Experience: 

    • Weekly Seminars (2 hours each): Eight immersive modules guiding your leadership journey and impact planning.

    • Thematic Lectures (1 hour each): Eight expert talks on pressing global challenges, each followed by quizzes to reinforce learning.

    • Guest Speakers & Expert 1-1 Mentorship: Four live sessions with influential leaders, complemented by weekly instructor-led drop-in office hours.

    • Final Capstone Project & Showcase: Develop either a start-up prospectus or an academic essay exploring a changemaking theme, culminating in a showcase event.

    • Comprehensive Learning Resources: Bespoke interactive workbooks, quizzes, a personalised Impact Roadmap, and LMS tools to track your progress.

    • Volunteering and internship opportunities: enabling students turn insight into impact.
